Faculty of Electronics

Supporting the recovery of Building 12, home to the Faculty of Electronics at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

Building 12 at 16 Politekhnichna Street is located in the central part of the university campus and serves educational and laboratory activities for electronics and engineering students.

The building was affected by blast waves caused by attacks on the surrounding Solomianskyi District of Kyiv.

Damage to Building 12

Building 12, used by the Faculty of Electronics, is located in the central part of the campus on Politekhnichna Street and has been affected by blast waves from attacks on the surrounding Solomianskyi District.

The blast impact damaged educational spaces, laboratories and technical areas used for electronics and engineering education.

Windows, doors and parts of the internal infrastructure require restoration to return the building to safe and functional use for students, faculty and laboratory activities.

Recovery support will help preserve the continuity of electronics education, restore learning conditions and protect technical spaces used by future engineering specialists.

What Needs to Be Restored

Recovery of Building 12 requires restoration of damaged windows, interior access, learning spaces and laboratory infrastructure used for electronics education.
