Campaign Duration, Use of Funds and Donor Acknowledgement

Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is committed to full transparency regarding campaign timelines, the use of collected funds and donor rights.

Campaign Duration

The duration of each charitable and crowdfunding campaign is defined by its project passport and typically ranges from 30 to 365 calendar days, or until the required amount is raised for each infrastructure recovery object at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

Individual campaigns may operate for extended periods depending on the scope and complexity of recovery needs.

Unused or Remaining Funds

In the event that a charitable project or campaign cannot be implemented due to circumstances beyond the University’s control, or in cases where unused funds remain after the fundraising goal is reached, such funds — by decision of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute — shall be directed toward related projects and programmes consistent with the original fundraising purpose and the University’s statutory activities, in particular toward infrastructure recovery support.

Information regarding such use of funds is subject to mandatory public disclosure on the charity.kpi.ua platform.

Donor Acknowledgement — Non-Refundable Donations

By making a donation to Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute through this platform, the donor acknowledges and agrees that the donated amount is a voluntary charitable contribution and is non-refundable. Donations are directed exclusively toward educational, scientific and recovery purposes in accordance with the principles set out on this page.
