Building 20 at 37 Politekhnichna Street is part of Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and supports education in electric power engineering, automation and technical disciplines.
The building was affected by blast waves caused by attacks near the university campus and surrounding areas of Kyiv.
Damage to Building 20
Building 20, used by the Faculty of Electric Power Engineering and Automation, was affected by blast waves from attacks near the territory of Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
The impact damaged educational spaces, internal access points and technical areas used for teaching, engineering training and laboratory activity.
Windows, doors and parts of the building’s educational infrastructure require restoration to return the facility to safe and functional use.
